Refreshment needed urgently !!!!

Lately, since 2-3 weeks here in Sao Carlos is soooo hot, that sometimes I feel like taking off my skin...
It is impossible to walk, there is no air to breath, and extra strong sun....
And the summer just starts....
Getting ready for more...
In the days like this it is almost impossible to work, to focus on anything, and in etween 12-2pm is even impossible to be outside ( such a heat )
The best is to jump to PSCINA !!!! ( swimming pool)
As here in Sao Carlos - there is no beach ;( swimming pool is lik a paradise, heaven...
Fortunately Dri has swimming pool in her host house, so lately I was her often guest, as we needed to work on our brazilian color of skin.
So usually working till the afternoon ( more or less - 2 pm) and them sunbathing and relaxing in swimming pool till 5-6pm. And even at 5/6 pm sun is sooo strong....
then some cooking or ice creams ....
